Welcome to The KCL Charity Diwali Show
The KCL Charity Diwali Show is one of Kings College London’s most iconic shows, aiming to raise tens of thousands of pounds for its charities. The show has built a reputation for being one of the most entertaining student run shows in the country, with participants from universities all over the region. The show prides itself in teaching students new talents and providing a platform for aspiring dancers, singers and other entertainers to reach a mass audience.
Each year the KCL Diwali Show is hosted at a prestigious venue - past shows have been at the Indigo O2, Royal Festival Hall, Royal Albert Hall, and the Roundhouse (the home of iTunes festival). The show has now begun to feature on national television channels and in magazines!
The build-up to the show begins with the showcase (video above) and lasts for around 6 weeks. This is a very busy period for the show with auditions, weekly rehearsals, fundraising events and social events! Past students have always identified the KCL Diwali Show as one of the highlights of their university period. We encourage people of all backgrounds, ages and interests to participate and pride ourselves on the fact that there really is something for everyone!
